Rueth are quoted in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin article, “Ruling May Spur IP Lawyers to Rethink Business Model” appearing on May 27, 2010.  Both Craane and Rueth anticipate the ruling in In re Bilski could affect patent filings and validity in a variety of ways.
